About Kim
Kim Close is a nutritionist, lecturer and food writer based in Northern Ireland. With a background in psychology and culinary nutrition, she has spent over a decade teaching how food influences mood, cognition and long-term health.

She is Head of Cognition at the Food for the Brain Foundation and the founder of Whole Health 360, where she combines evidence-based nutrition with practical cookery and behaviour-change science.

Before moving her teaching online she ran a cookery school, The Kitchen Academy, and her courses still centre on simple, whole-food cooking for energy, mood and long-term health, helping people eat well, feel well and live well.

She holds a BSc in Psychology (1st class) and qualifications in Behaviour Change, Health Coaching and Nutritional Therapy, and is a fully qualified higher level lecturer. Kim is currently studying and carrying out research for a PhD in Lifestyle Medicine.

About Whole Health 360
Whole Health 360 is a health education platform for women in midlife and beyond. Its courses teach the science and the cooking together, drawing on lifestyle medicine, nutritional science, psychology and behaviour change. The starting point is that nutrition, movement, sleep, stress and connection are not separate problems to be solved one at a time. They act on each other, inside a real life rather than an ideal one.
